In the production of LNPs, dosing pumps and mixers are used to encapsulate mRNA or similar active ingredients with lipids. This lipid protection serves to protect the mRNA against unwanted degradation and to enable its efficient uptake into the body's cells.

 

 

With our pumps, mixers and special components, we offer a customized range of tools for your LNP production. Naturally, our products are equipped with batch traceability and the appropriate documentation. USP Class VI for seals and plastic components is a prerequisite for us.
